i agree - this is more like traditional tattooing from other cultures around the world - most were ceremonial and had to do with warriorship and sacrifice and not just about looking good in front of your mates

it's art - the person getting tasttoed believes in that and probably understands Japan's intentions behind their tattoos better than you - go get a nice little butterfly or something

Cheers for that Buddha! :) Good clip - I've had a few freehand pieces, just finished first sitting on my right back - couple more then it's the left - hurts like hell, but worth it all.
