I hate Miami Ink!This is a discussion thread · 6 replies Anonymous: That show sucks!!!! I've watched parts of the first season on this site, and why's everybody so into it? It's full of try-hard wannabe tough guy idiots, and pseudo emotional and psychological 'advice' which is only there to try and hook in people who must have absolutely no idea what real people are like... This show is the fakest, most skin-crawlingly embarrasing thing I've seen in ages, but everyone loves it!!!!! WWWHHHYYYYYY? There's not a real character among them - maybe the little guy, and sometimes i think that Hoshi apprentice guy's going to turn out o.k, but then BAMM! out comes another trite or fake little comment and i realise once again just how stupid a large proportion of the world actually is.MIAMI INK SUCKS Anonymous: MIAMI INK ROCKS!!  Anonymous: someone needs a hug... Anonymous: lol I know what you mean, but i still enjoy it, the main guy's a tool sometimes with his 'I'm tough enough to do yoga and still be macho' angle, but all in all i think they're all o.k. What's wrong with Garver? He seems professional, polite, and very talented as an artist, which is more than i can say for a lot of tattooists out there! A lot more. Kat v d is talented, a bit of a poser, but she know's it, and so what really, everyone's a poser sometimes - i doubt there's anyone on the planet who doesn't want to look cool now and then i reckon yoshi's o.k, and Darren (the little guy) is friendly and capable, so i don't see the problem. Either way, i still think it's a good show, so I'm on the 'ROCKS' team at the moment:)Anonymous: Von D's hot, and that's all there is to it duder, if you wanna watch something else, then watch something else. And his name's not Hoshi, it's Yojiro Harada. . get it right at least! Anonymous: It's way better than 'London Ink' - now that's full of idiots! London ink does suck, it's true. Can't say the Miami version is perfect, but it's way better. As for all the stuff about the characters - it's just tv - i think we'd all act like a bit of a dick if the cameras were on us all day - everyone trying to act all cool and like nothing bothers you and stuff. I think the folks at Miami Ink do o.k. I wouldn't say i'm in the 'ROCKS' camp, but I like the show | Have a question? People are waiting to help. Interesting stuff |
