...I have been invited to an outdoor wedding at the end of May and I am trying to figure out what to wear. I have a lovely, light cotton skirt and blouse set that would be perfect for the outdoors, and dressy enough for a wedding. What's the problem? The set is white. I don't think a guest should wear white at a wedding. Everything else I have thought of wearing is either too casual or too hot to wear outside. Most of the time at this event, people will be sitting around in camping chairs. Do you think I can get away with wearing white?
