Hey there, i found this vid - it's a woman who runs an online blog who's been in the modelling industry for decades - she's talking about whether tattoos or piercings will harm a model's career, and what can be done about this if you already have a tattoo or piercing and are concerned. To be honest, body art is now so widespread that i think a lot of these issues will have changed quite dramatically since this video was made, but i stii thought it'd be useful, and if anyone's got any other experience on being a pierced or tattooed model, please let us know what you think / your experience

Some people left some really harsh comments on this on youtube, but i thought she looked good and it ads to the alt model thing going on here so here's the vid. I don't see why she's worried about finding work though - there's loads of model agencies who specialise in models with tattoos, so she'll be fine - maybe this is an old vid or something, i didn't look.

Miss Regan reese, alternative model, at a bikini photoshoot. She's got some beautiful tattoos, a tongue piercing, and I thought it'd add to my little collection of alt models videos which i've been posting. Not sure whether you can be an alt model if you don't have tattoos or piercings - if anyone knows, please let me know. Either way, anyone with the tag alt model seems to look amazing, so I'm just going to keep collecting and posting these vids for a while. I'm an amateur photogrpher apart form loving tattoos and piercings (only on girls though with the piercings , i don't know why) - maybe I'll see if i can get into alt model photography. I reckon i could do this very happily all day long !
